The Wonder of the Seas has been delivered to Royal Caribbean International. A flag-changing ceremony with shipyard partner Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Marseille, France, marked the end of three years of development.
On March 4, the Wonder will make her official debut in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, sailing seven-night Caribbean cruises before traveling to Barcelona, Spain, and Rome, Italy, to provide summer cruises in Europe.
Royal Caribbean Group Chairman Richard Fain, Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty, Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley, and Laurent Castaing, General Manager, Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France, welcomed Wonder to the Royal Caribbean family.
