On March 24, the Russian Navy Large Landing Ship ORSK was destroyed by a Ukrainian military operation in Berdyansk, Ukraine, in the Azov Sea. It’s unclear whether it was a missile attack, a special forces attack, or sabotage. In the footage, there is an explosion and fire on the Orsk board. The ship’s present condition and status are unclear.
ORSK, Russian Black Sea Navy Amphibious Transport Dock (Large Landing Ship), displacement 4500 tons, capacity 300–425 troops and 20 tanks, complement 55, built in the 1960s, armament rocket launchers and cannons.
